Dove’s Foreclosure LM Options
We help struggling mortgagors who are in foreclosure or two or more payments behind on their mortgage. We work with our client's service prodvider to get an approval for any loss mitigation options avaliable to them or seek for a loan modification on their mortgage.
If your service provider has a scheduled sale date authorized by the investors (such as Fannie Mae, Freddie, HUD, USDA, Portfolios or others), we might be able to prevent or postpone the scheduled sale date on your property.
Dove’s Plight Service
We educate our clients about the recorded high number of available foreclosed and/or abandon properties listed on the market at historical low BPOs for sale.
